Stake, Kick Founders Launch Trading Platform Moon.com
James Whitfield

Ed Craven and Bijan Tehrani, founders of crypto casino Stake and streaming platform Kick, have launched a financial trading platform called Moon.com, according to data from industry index The iGaming Index. The product operates on a perpetual futures model, offering round-the-clock trading on price movements of cryptocurrencies, stocks, commodities, and currency pairs with leverage of up to x1000.
Moon's mechanics differ from prediction market platforms like Kalshi and Polymarket, where users purchase "yes" or "no" contracts and contract pricing reflects the probability of an outcome. Prior to its public launch, registration on Moon was invite-only, and the platform has formally remained in beta testing status since July 2026, according to the report.
The launch extends Craven and Tehrani's business footprint beyond gambling and streaming into leveraged financial trading, an area that has drawn increasing regulatory scrutiny globally due to its high-risk structure and similarities to speculative betting products. By offering leverage up to x1000 on volatile asset classes including crypto and commodities, Moon positions itself in a high-risk trading segment that shares structural characteristics with both derivatives trading and gambling, a combination likely to attract attention from financial regulators as the platform exits its beta phase.
