DAZN Bet Becomes Official Sponsor of Atlético de Madrid

The partnership will combine branded content, prize draws and supporter experiences as DAZN Bet expands its presence in Spain, with financial terms undisclosed.

DAZN Bet has become an official sponsor of Atlético de Madrid under an agreement announced by the Spanish football club on October 15.

The partnership will combine brand visibility, content and promotional activities for supporters. Planned initiatives include prize draws and experiences intended to bring fans closer to the team and complement the matchday experience.

The financial value and precise duration of the agreement have not been disclosed. Reporting describes it as a multi-year partnership, while the club’s announcement refers to cooperation over the coming seasons.

Content and Fan Experiences Form Core of Agreement

Atlético said the collaboration would create additional opportunities for supporters to engage with the club through jointly developed initiatives.

Elicia Martinez, DAZN Bet’s country director for Spain and Latin America, said the operator wanted the relationship to extend beyond brand exposure. She identified supporter experiences and strengthening DAZN Bet’s presence in Spain as objectives of the agreement.

Atlético’s chief operating officer, Óscar Mayo, similarly highlighted activities allowing fans to engage with the team beyond the match itself. Neither side detailed the first events, prize-draw schedules or participation conditions in the announcement.

DAZN Bet Joins Club’s Official Sponsor Roster

Atlético’s sponsor directory now lists DAZN Bet among its official sponsors, alongside brands including Hyundai, CaixaBank, EA Sports and Coca-Cola. The club maintains separate categories for its principal and premium partners.

The agreement adds another football club relationship for DAZN Bet. Spanish sports business publication 2Playbook reported that the operator had also secured a shirt sponsorship with Italian club AC Monza.

For Atlético, the announced package centres on content, brand presence and supporter activities. The published terms do not specify a shirt placement or disclose the commercial rights attached to individual promotional initiatives.
