Totalizator Sportowy Launches Spinky as Its Second Polish Online Casino Brand

The new slots site uses the state operator’s own platform and joins Total Casino within Poland’s existing monopoly, with games from four suppliers at launch.

Poland’s state-owned Totalizator Sportowy has launched Spinky, adding a second online casino brand alongside Total Casino. The new site became publicly available on October 15, 2026, according to Polish industry publication Interplay.

Spinky’s initial catalogue includes slots from BF Games, Apollo Games, Wazdan and RubyPlay. Totalizator Sportowy had said the opening offering would comprise several hundred games, with further content and functionality to follow.

The launch expands the state operator’s portfolio without introducing a separate competitor. Both brands belong to Totalizator Sportowy and operate within Poland’s existing online casino monopoly.

The Ministry of Finance lists Spinky.pl under Totalizator Sportowy for online slot-machine games. Its entry states that the service was in a testing phase until October 15, distinguishing its initial scope from the broader online casino listing for Total Casino.

Spinky Uses Totalizator’s Own Technology

A central difference between the brands is their technology. Spinky runs on a platform developed by Totalizator Sportowy, whereas Total Casino uses Playtech technology.

According to iGaming Polska, the project had been under development for more than a year before its public launch. Citing its sources, the publication reported that December 2025 had been considered as a launch date, but the platform was not sufficiently ready and the introduction was postponed.

The operator presented the in-house project as a way to develop its technical capabilities and gain flexibility when introducing new features. It also said the platform would support cooperation with game suppliers and other industry businesses, including Polish companies.

That approach gives Totalizator a second technology route within its casino portfolio. It does not establish that the company intends to replace Total Casino’s platform or end its relationship with Playtech. Playtech’s 2025 results continued to identify Totalizator as a partner across platform, casino and live casino operations.

Second Brand Targets Existing Offshore Gambling Activity

Totalizator Sportowy has linked Spinky to its efforts to strengthen the legal offering against unauthorised online gambling. In comments supplied to Interplay and reproduced by iGaming Polska, the company said its objective was to move existing gambling activity into a supervised environment.

The operator cited limits, monitoring, breaks from play and access to specialist assistance as elements of that approach. These are the company’s stated aims, rather than evidence that the new brand has already reduced offshore gambling.

Poland’s official customs and tax portal confirms that online gambling, apart from betting and promotional lotteries, falls within the state monopoly exercised by Totalizator Sportowy. Spinky therefore broadens the choice of state-run brands while leaving the underlying market structure intact.

E-PLAY described parts of Spinky’s initial presentation as unfinished, while noting that visual observations alone could not establish whether it remained a test version. The publication also referred to Totalizator’s earlier plans for a phased rollout.

Further games and features are planned, but the reporting does not provide a detailed timetable for expanding the initial catalogue or introducing live casino content.
