Casino Secrets Adds Anjouan and Kahnawake Licence Records

Lilith Wittmann’s project now cross-references domains from two additional gambling jurisdictions with its Curaçao database, identifying 752 matches across 3,924 domains.

Casino Secrets has added records from Anjouan and Kahnawake to its gambling licence lookup tools, expanding a project previously focused on Curaçao.

Berlin-based cybersecurity researcher Lilith Wittmann announced the addition on X. The new section brings together publicly available domain and licence-holder information from the two jurisdictions and links matching domains to the project’s existing Curaçao records.

According to Casino Secrets, the dataset covers 3,924 domains, of which 752 also appear in its Curaçao database. That represents approximately 19% of the domains collected from the additional registers.

What the New Records Show

The information available varies by jurisdiction.

Anjouan entries identify the licence holder, licence number, category, status, issue date and expiry date, alongside associated domains. Its official public register supports searches by company, licence number or domain, allowing users to locate the underlying regulatory entry.

Kahnawake’s published list provides operator names and website addresses. The version incorporated into Casino Secrets does not include individual permit numbers, statuses or validity dates.

The Kahnawake Gaming Commission distinguishes between authorisations for operators and software suppliers. A Client Provider Authorization permits an approved entity to offer interactive gambling services, including casino, poker and sportsbook products. A Casino Software Provider Authorization covers software supply and equipment operations, without authorising the holder to offer games directly to players.

Casino Secrets provides filters for company names and domains, placing the records from both jurisdictions in a searchable table.

Domain Matches Have Limits

The project explicitly states that a matching domain in its Curaçao records does not confirm a current Curaçao licence.

A match establishes that the same domain appears in both datasets. It does not, by itself, establish that an operator currently holds active licences in multiple jurisdictions or has transferred its business between them.

Casino Secrets dates both its Anjouan and Kahnawake snapshots to October 15, 2026. It also notes that Anjouan statuses and expiry dates are reproduced as published, including entries with dates already in the past.

The Kahnawake source page carries an update date of September 28, 2023. That date appears on the commission’s own permit-holder page, adding a further limitation when assessing the timing of individual records.

Expansion Beyond the Curaçao Investigation

Casino Secrets began as a searchable resource examining companies and ownership structures behind Curaçao-licensed gambling businesses. Its website describes an investigation drawing on internal regulatory documents and public corporate registers.

The project’s existing search allows users to look up companies and domains, while its published investigations involve several international news organisations.

The Anjouan and Kahnawake addition draws on public regulatory lists, extending the database’s coverage and providing another way to trace domains across the records it holds.
