Back Office Workflow converts text instructions into supported platform actions, while operators retain control over tournament activation, content publication and existing access permissions.

SOFTSWISS has introduced Back Office Workflow, an AI capability that performs supported actions within its Casino Platform’s back office and content management system.
The tool accepts natural-language instructions and uses them to help prepare player engagement campaigns. According to SOFTSWISS, it can create player groups, configure tournaments and prepare associated website content from an operator’s description of the task.
SOFTSWISS illustrates the functionality with a weekend tournament workflow. An operator describes the intended initiative, after which the AI guides them through the necessary settings and carries out supported configuration steps.
The workflow connects audience preparation, tournament setup and related CMS content within the platform. The company says this can reduce manual configuration and allow teams to prepare more campaigns using existing resources.
These are the supplier’s stated benefits. Its announcement does not provide measured time savings or comparative results from operator deployments.
The tool operates within permissions already assigned to the user. It does not gain additional access simply because an action is requested through a text prompt.
Key decisions remain with the operator, including activating a tournament and publishing CMS content. The described workflow therefore allows AI to prepare and configure an initiative while retaining human control over making it live.
SOFTSWISS is inviting operators to join a waitlist and view demonstrations during SiGMA World in Rome.
The announcement does not specify a general availability date or provide an exhaustive list of supported actions beyond the campaign-preparation example.
